The first BEFED brewmaster was Daniele. Initially the beer was served raw unfiltered, i.e. unpasteurised, and low fermentation. The first beers to be born were the Blonde and the Red, to which a third type was added, the Special
BEFED is pronounced the way it is spelled because it is the acronym of the founders: Bruno, Elio, Franco and Daniele!
